  • 1 bedroom/ 1 bath= $469/month
  • 2 bedroom/ 1 bath= $539/month
  • 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath= $569/month
  • 3 bedroom/ 1.5 bath= $669/month

Application Fee: The application fee is $35 (money order only). We run a Credit and Criminal Background check. Please read the following questions:
  • Have you recently been evicted from another Apartment complex?
  • Do you currently owe another Apartment complex any money?
  • Have you recently declared Bankruptcy?
  • Do you have any Foreclosures on your Credit report?
  • Do you have any recent Felony convictions?
If you can answer NO to all of these questions, then we would like to help you get approved for an apartment at East Bend!

Security Deposit
The security deposit starts at $200 with a good credit score and rental reference. However, we know that not everyone has perfect credit, so we work with applicants by offering an additional security deposit (not to exceed 1 month's rent) as a means of approving slow credit applicants.

  • Go I-59 North to exit 134 (Roebuck Parkway) and turn Left onto Roebuck Parkway.
  • Go 3.8 miles to the traffic light at 20th Ave NE and turn Right (just past Bruno's Grocery store).

Guidelines for Rental Application:

  • You must be at least 19 years old.
  • Your monthly income must be at least 3 times the rental amount of the apartment for which you are applying. (ie. if you are applying for a 1 bedroom, your income must be at least $1300/month)
  • You must present a valid State ID (driver license) and 2 recent pay stubs before your application can be processed.
  • You must bring a $35 money order before your application can be processed.
  • All adults (19 and older) planning to live in the apartment, must be listed on the application. Each additional adult on the application will be charged a discounted application fee of $20.
